Visit Västernorrland, the county with three large rivers, as well as a number of
smaller forest rivers and streams, to fish for salmon, brown trout and grayling. Large lakes and seas give the opportunity for coastal fishing and trolling for northern pike and brown trout. Smaller lakes and streams have perch, nothern pike, brown trout, and char. Fishing camps, fishing guides and special waters stocked with char, brown trout and rainbow trout, give many opportunities for good, well-organised fishing all year-round.

By clicking on a link, either the whole county or a specific municipality, you will find information on the various fishing areas and the types of fishing allowed. All the fishing areas offer a natural stock of species such as northern pike, perch and brown trout.
By specifying your choice of type of fishing, service level and accommodation you can find the fishing area that best suits your needs.
For every fishing area there is more detailed page. When you have selected an area you can obtain further information, and via links can also go directly to the fishing areas that have their own homepages. Here a contact person is listed who can also give you specific information. You can also print out maps and information of the fishing area that you are interested in.
The information will be continually updated in order to make it as complete as possible.
