The district of Kramfors contains a large part of the High Coast. The bridges Sandöbron and Högakustenbron (High Coast bridge), are well-known landmarks. Fishing opportunities are spread evenly throughout the entire district. You can fish for sea trout in the Baltic sea (which is free), and also in a number of rivers, including river Kramforsån, which flows straight through the centre of town. If you come at the right time of year, in the autumn, you can watch sea trout jumping the fishladder in the centre of town.
The area also offers the possibility of fishing for most popular freshwater fish, including rainbow trout and char.
